Natascha Nisic has been a professor at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz since 2020, specializing in quantitative empirical methods as well as economic and labor market sociology. She obtained a doctorate in 2009 from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. From 2008 to 2012, she was a senior researcher at the Institute for Job Market Research (IAB) in Nuremberg. She then served as an assistant professor of economic sociology at the University of Hamburg from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, she held an interim professorship at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) before taking up a professorship in household socioeconomics at the University of Paderborn, a position she held until 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/jgu-base-accordionitem>\n\n\n \n\n
